Pulari Homestay, Sari Village

Where every trek begins with warm hospitality
Located in the beautiful Sari village, the starting point of the famous Deoria Taal trek, Pulari
Homestay is a cozy, family-run homestay offering travelers a clean, calm, and homely stay in
the heart of the Garhwal Himalayas. The homestay is managed by Ruchi Devi and Dharmendra
Singh, a husband-and-wife duo who turned their passion for their village into a welcoming stay
for visitors.
Dharmendra Singh, a local tour guide and the owner of a tuition and computer center in the
village, saw the growing number of trekkers and travelers coming to Sari. He realized the village
needed reliable and comfortable places for visitors to stay. In 2022, with support from his family
and villagers, they built Pulari Homestay — a warm space that also reflects the region’s rich
culture, food, and simple way of life.
